We aim to respond within 8 – 10 weeks to book you in for an Initial Assessment.
Our initial assessments are conducted over the telephone taking around 1 hour to complete.
We will listen and allow you to speak freely about what is troubling you at the moment.
In order to conduct the assessment, we require that you be in a private place where you won’t be disturbed in order for us to fully understand your situation.
Following your assessment, we will then explain what we offer and how we feel we can support you going forward.
